I always fancied one of these, only thing put me off is the info said it had a range of 30 miles if driven at 60? Perfect in town tho. Nice!

According to the dealer who sold me my recent (diesel) van, the electric versions are popular with companies that do lots of short trips (e.g airport servicing), where the particle filters in diesels tend to get choked. Not sure if current petrol versions also have particle filters?

It was delivered (driven) to me from London, around 250miles, on the motorway you have around 55 miles between rapid charges, so quite a few stops!
I'm a local spark so it will mainly be doing town driving which they are ideal for, plenty of start/stop for regenerative braking, the regen is strong on it, I barely use the brakes other than to hold it at a stop, I'll often just nip a mile down the road and 90% of my journeys the engine barely warmed up on the old van, if at all, which isn't good for diesels.
Range in summer is 65 to 80 miles depending on driving, that can reduce to 50 in winter with the cold affecting the battery and the use of the heater etc but a lot depends on driving style. If range becomes a problem it does have rapid charging which will charge it up to 80% in 25minutes or less from one of the rapid chargers ( I have a couple close by).
I'm yet to install a charge point at home but we have some free chargers close by so I've been taking advantage of those until I get round to it.
Electric isn't suitable for a lot of people but for me it's perfect.

No mate, petrols don't have particle filters, only diesels need them.
