Put the ignition on, gearbox in reverse. Use a meter or test lamp between a metal ground and each scotchlok to find the reverse wire. It will be the only one that's live. Why are all those scotchlok there? The colours on that red plug don't match the manual you posted.

Looks like a monkey has been at that. Green & yellow earth wire on a 12v system???? I don't think so - that's what the metal bodywork is for. Homemade tow bar electrics by the look of it.

It was the yellow cables with black lettering on my 2013 multispace.
