Hello! I’ve just purchased a Berlingo enterprise van, 2013. I’ve ordered a new rubber mat as the back is looking a little rough. I’m just setting it up and wanted to bungee a crate down for my dogs, but noticed there isn’t anything to attach the bungees too The previous owner seems to have removed them where the mat has 6 holes showing the metal floor. Added a photo. Can anyone tell me what the screw bits would be called so I can order some? I want it so it has a hook so I can attach bungees. I hope I’m making sense! Thank you
Ok. After googling a LOT they’re apparently called load area tie down rings. But I can’t find where to buy them specifically for my van. I’ve found plenty for sale, but I don’t know the bolt size I need that will fit my van. Can anyone help? I’ve never had a van before, always had cars that already have the D ring attached.

Hi there, see pic attached below. The screws are PN 6925K7 and are replaced by a later screw PN 904446 - if your OPR number from the door sticker is 11411 or higher, if up to 11410 then its the first part. Oval-head cap screw, 8x125 (later one is longer)
The D rings are item 4, the bolts are item 72. Your OPR number will determine which parts you need, its the 6 digit code with 2 letters on the sticker by the drivers door pillar. Part numbers are the blue codes beside each entry in the list

Oh wow, thank you so much! I had no idea where to look, I was going to resign myself to asking a local garage Really appreciate it, thank you!

You're welcome!
Lift up the centre seat base by pulling up from the front of the cushion, they maybe put them in the storage bins under there. (Also pulling the blue loop allows the back to drop flat to create a table. Very handy if you didn't know)

Ah, I was looking at that earlier thinking it looked like a table! I’ll have a proper look tomorrow. I found the secret drawer under the drivers seat too. Couldn’t believe how small the glove compartment was until I found the dashboard areas on top. I definitely need to sort out a cup holder too, surprised it doesn’t have a decent one for a van!

Yeah totally agree. The glove box is an inverted TARDIS, huge on the outside and tiny on the inside. Holds a pack of polos and a hankie. Under the centre seat is a great storage area. Pull it all the way up by hand and it locks in place, then just push it back down till it clicks shut.
The cup holders work if you aren't moving....

I’ve always had a fear of a tennis ball or bottle of water rolling under the brake peddle so definitely wouldn’t trust those cup holders while driving! Found the storage area under the seat! Though sadly they didn’t leave the D rings in there. I think I’ve found the OPR number, is it on the same sticker that shows the tyre pressure? There’s a list of numbers on the right hand side, only one of those has 2 letters followed by 6 numbers.
Can I ask, in that first image you showed me, that shows the mat and numbers for the parts needed, is that on the website you took a screenshot of where I can purchase them? I only ask as I think I also need to find some kind of plugs to close up the holes on the roof, the garage took the roof rails off for me before I picked it up, but I’m worried they might gather little pools of rain water and rust.

It's not a site where you can buy stuff, it's a copy of the Citroen parts catalogue but that's all. It's http://www.catcar.info/citroen/?lang=en and you put your VIN number in the box and click search, then drill down into the sections to see parts pictures and diagrams & part numbers. Then, use the number to searchch online for someone who sells those parts.
And yes, the number you describe is the OPR number. It's a code for your cars birthday and is relevant when parts changed during a production run. Catcar can take time to find stuff, often not not where you think it would be. Patience and search time....
The roof plugs come in white or black, as below: (item 71)
That site is crap but the parts are genuine, small bits are cheap there but larger stuff not so much. But they keep every little screw and cap you can think of.

Thank you so much, you’ve been so helpful. Useful site to know though, hopefully I won’t have to bug you or anyone else in here again regarding small parts to buy
