Engine bay fuses.
#1

Hello all.

I have a small issue that i hope some one can assist with.

My Berlingo, since i have had it has not had working air conditioning or a working rear wiper.
This has never been an issue but i thought i would try and sort it out.
So, first port of call is always the fuses. Hey presto and one is blown. A 20amp maxi fuse in the engine bay. So out comes the manual and to my suprise i see it on the diagram...numbered and all...but with no indication whatsoever what it does.....well, that is handy!

It is number 17.

Can any one assist?

Cheers.   Carl

In my manual it's marked as Clear. But it says on the top of the page that the layout of the fuses depends on the country it's sold in (I have a 99' berlingo sold in Norway). F29 & F20 goes to the aircondition and F22 to the rear wiper on mine. Although the rear wiper is known for breaking, I've changed mine twice Tongue[Image: d0f1c87897fbdd388ebf7db93f7d1791.jpg]

You could always try putting a new fuse in it and see if anything either springs back into life (or catches fire...!)

@sirigonis, that list is only for the fuses under the dash, not the maxi fuses in the engine bay.

The maxi fuses aren't documented because they're kind of 'major oops somewhere in the system' if they ever blows, and they really, really want you to bring it in to get it fixed.

Cheers gadgetman, bad form not listing them.

I have one on the way to stick in and see what happens.
