I'm looking to install a rear dashcam on to the rear window. How would I route the cable from rear view mirror to the boot window?
It's a nextbase 512gw with rear add on.

Do you have a sun roof?
If so, it might be possible to pull the cable over the roof lining.
(That's wat I did on my M49 with the fabric sun roof; removed the rubber seal around the roof, pulled as many of the 'christmas tree' plugs as I could find olding the liner to the roof, then pulled it gently down an inch or two so that I could reach with a 2' zip tie... )

when I installed mine (B9 xtr) I took it up the side of the windscreen behind the plastic cover , above the roof lining, opened the sliding door and fish it out from there above the sliding door runner , then to the holder for the interior rack bar then to the rear door . I brought it out by slightly loosening the roof lining and fished it out there at the back door seal.

You can buy a tube of electrician's drawing rods, I have two sets for work stuff and they are brilliant for getting things pulled through cars..Screwfix sell them. Not too dear and bloody handy.
Thin flexible fibreglass, they screw together like little drain rods, about 5mm diameter and a metre long each, then you put the bullet head on and shove it through the headliner say from back to the front, maybe along the edge of the headliner as it meets the sides, and when the end appears at the front, tape the cable securely with a good overlap and with no sharp edges showing and pull back out gently and the cable will get drawn to the other end. Best with a helper at the cable end to feed it in or keep the headliner away from the roof at the edge using a plastic body tool or spatula from the kitchen
