Hi, I've recently bought a Berlingo 2003 forte. The key fob was damaged so I bought a new case for it and replaced the battery. When I use it the lights on the car flash like it would and it sounds like it locks however it doesn't lock anything and only unlocks the back sliding doors. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks

I am having similar troubles and I think it's not the fob, it's possibly the BSI computer in the car.
- Does it start the car? If so, the transponder is probably OK. Additionally, the lights flash so I think the fob is paired.
- Did it use to work before you swapped the case?
- Does the central locking work when you try the driver's side manually, in the key hole? Do all doors unlock when you do this?
- Do you have a key without a radio? If so, does that unlock all the doors when you try it?

Thanks for the reply.
Yes it starts the car.
No it didn't work before, that's why I thought it just needed a new battery, the buttons did nothing before battery change.
When using the key in the driver's side it will only unlock that door, no others.
And if you mean by without radio, just a plain key then yes we have one but no it will still only lock the door you put the key into

Did you get anywhere with this? Just wanted to say - repairing the relays on the BSI fixed my issue.
