Changed to French + Kmh!

In the last two days my van has decided to change to French language and showing Kmh and l/100km completely on it's own a couple of times. Anyone else experienced this? Radio memory settings weren't lost, so it's not like it's reset itself completely. Weird.

Yes, had it happen a couple of times over the last couple of years, no idea why though.

Mine has done this three or four times. It seems pretty random. Usually it's just the language that changes, but once it went the whole hog and mph became kmh - that occurred after I'd turned the ignition a couple of times without actually starting the engine (cos I wanted to see what the time was), so maybe that had something to do with it. Or maybe it just prefers being French. Lol. I've so far always been able to change it back if I go into settings.
