Hi all. Ive recently taken on the job of bringing a 1998 citroen berlingo up to mot standard. it has the 1902 cc engine and came without keys. ive managed to start the van by fitting a stop solenoid to the fuel pump ive not been able to completely bypass the keypad unit which originally required a 4 digit code to start the vehicle. By randomly joining different wires which have all been taken out of the ignition lock i have what appears to be the ignition circuit active, ie indicators, wipers, washers and heater working but with the engine switched off there are no ignition lights when the relevant wires are crossed and also the fuel and temp guages dont work. i still have a red light blinking on the keypad module and from memory i think this should be green when the correct code was entered. any advice on how to bypass this module would be appreciated.
