Engine management light on
#1
Photo
Hi all, I'm in need of help ive got a 68 plate 1.6 diesel berlingo van and on Monday my engine management light came on. My mate plug his diagnostic computer in and this is what came up with:- U0106 pre-post heat unit and P1349 pre-post heat unit open circuit on the control. It starts first time everytime and had no problems when driving. Any ideas please TIA

I'd contact the people you bought it from as a starting point. I think the PSA warranties also cover the vehicle, not the owner? I think the fault code suggest a possible problem with the glow plug relay. The HDi engines do not really rely on glowplugs to start, but use them to help cold running.
