[Filters & Oil] Fuel filter location

I have a 2016 75hp blue hdi van (left hand drive). It's time to replace the diesel filter (4 years), but it appears to hide behind the battery. Is this correct?. If so, does it require the battery to be removed?

Maybe so I take off the window wipers and and all the plastic front off of our 08 mulityspace to service the air and diesel filters.
