Passenger seat running rails

First fault on the combo life although it’s only minor.

Passenger seat has some how become lodged and stuck in position on one of the location rails it sits on to move the seat forward and backwards.
Unable to push the chair forward as it’s stuck in as far back as it goes.
If I apply pressure one of the rails moves freely but the other looks won’t budge at all.
Tried applying lots of pressure from the rear passenger seat pushing it while someone holds the release lever - won’t budge.

Back to the dealers to be fixed.
Friend who is a mechanic reckons it may end up needing a new seat as getting the rails of is no easy task if you can’t move the seat forward.
