From 7 to 5 seater

I have a 3/2010 7 seater Berlingo, but I never ever use the last two seats, so to gain a little extra legroom for the passengers, could I purchase the single seats from a 5 seater and mount them in the existing floor brackets, and tadaaaaa , I have a 5 seater and more legroom for my grandchildren ?

I fear it’s not that simple, having owned quite a few French cars in my lifetime

Could you just remove the middle row completely and then use the front row and the rear row?
