Set date and time in central monochrome screen

Hi! Does anyone know how to set the central monochrome screen's date and time? I don't have any buttons because the last owner replaced the radio and buttons cluster with an Android touchscreen. If I depress the button on the end of the wiper blades stalk I cycle the trip data but that's all I've got so far!

You can set the date/time of the car only on original cd/player/radio, I think you have an aftermarket unit on your car!

Well isn't that just peachy hahaha! Does anyone know if there exists a way to do it with a data link, maybe over the CANBUS?

One of these should do shouldn't it? It would mean popping the android unit out and putting this between?
