Double DIN stereo fitting

Hi, I am looking to maybe fit a bluetooth double DIN touchscreen type stereo to our 2016 Berlingo van, My concern is that I will loose the functions on the screen on top of the dash i.e. trip, mpg and time display. Has anyone done this that can share their experience please.

This adaptor lead lets you control the functions on the Multi Function Display using the steering wheel remote (for skipping tracks etc) that I'm guessing your car has.
