Change Km into Mph

Can't change Km to Mph (see photos)

Hi
we have two identical 2016 Berlingo multispace with 7" touch screens.
I have found how to change the units in the touch screen from metric to imperial (ie km to mph).
In one Berlingo it also alters the small orange digital Odometer/trip counter in the dashboard between the rev and speedometer accordingly (to either Km or Mph) but on the other Berlingo it refuses to alter this display. So on the touch screen all of my trip data and Sat Nav info is in mph but on the dashboard display it stubbornly remains in Km.

This means if I want to set the cruise controlor speed limiter I have to set it to 48km instead of 30mph as the limiter works from the dashboard digital display. 
Has anyone else ever encountered this?
Is there a simple fix?

Welcome to the forum.

I have an earlier display but the same instrument panel, after disconnecting & reconnecting the battery mine will default to KM/H etc on the display & instrument panel and will change to MPH on the CC when I change the display just as one of yours does. I noticed there's a 'factory reset' option, I'm not sure what it does but maybe that would help?
