[Transmission] squeaky clutch pedal

Hi.
 got annoying squeaky clutch pedal, tried WD 40 etc nothing, is it a common problem?
Its so annoying lol

I did my clutch pedal - 2007 1.6 Hdi needed new bushes

Clutch pedal has been transformed !!!

Clutch pedal removal is easy.

Remove felt trim
Remove clevis
Undo 13mm nut and remove pivot pin
Pivot pin is obstructed by the brake pedal rod - just remove brake pedal pivot bolt 13mm and hold the pedal over to the right to make space, no need to undo brake clevis.

The whole fix took me one hour including putting the tools away.

Size needed is 12x14x20x10x2

One bush will need shortening with a sharp knife, easy.

Does that cure the 'floppy' clutch pedal? Mine's on the 'I must have a look at that but then it goes out of my head' list.

Yep.

That was the problem mine had when I bought it. Must say it took me a bit longer than Geoff to get it fixed but it was not a big deal, just a bit of a faff.
