Hi all I have a Citroen Berlingo van B9 2010 it is fitted with factory parking aid
I have used my Lexia diag box and there's no problems reported saying no faults I have checked the fuse fine checked wiring fine changed parking ECU fine no difference tested all 4 sensors there fine
So I'm wondering now where the beeping sound comes from is there a reverse parking aid buzzer fitted on these if so where is it please
Or if someone has any other ideas please tell
Cheers Leo

I don't have factory fitted parking sensors, mine are aftermarket. I'm pretty sure they come through your speakers on factory fitted and it's interlinked with the radio through the bsi....I'm sure someone will be along soon to help further.

I had problems with my factory fitted system a while back on my car (M59) have a read through the thread it may help you.
https://www.berlingoforum.com/thread-14182.html
On mine the beeping sound comes from a small speaker located next to control unit (parking ECU) which is behind the interior panel of the left wheel arch.
The sensors in the bumper give off a faint ticking noise when active, you have to put your ear right next to each one to hear it.
To test them engage reverse gear and with the engine running listen to each sensor for this ticking sound, note that on my system the sensors were not active with just the ignition on, the engine had to be running so you will need a helper to check them.

Hi right update yesterday I removed all 4 sensors again and fitted them back but now all 4 are ticking but I still dont have any beeping noise so there has to be a separate buzzer somewhere on the van
So is there anyone on here with the same age van with factory fitted parking aid can tell me where the noise is coming from so I can find my buzzer?
