Cig lighter, internal lights

My internal lights don’t work when the doors are closed, the cig lighter doesn’t work and the rear  
Window wiper either ( can’t find the control for it ) .  Is this all to do with  Fuses?   Just wondering if I have to take it to a garage or can fix with an instruction vid.

Some things to check before fuses:

The interior lights have switches so are maybe turned off?
The cig lighter only works with the ignition on.
The rear wiper is controlled via the wiper stalk, twist back to wash/wipe the front & forwards for the back to check it, or maybe it's the other way round?

If you don't have a handbook, there's one on here somewhere.
