What are these?

I have had 2 of these appear and I can't see from where. It's a rubber grommet about 2cm long, it looks like they would cushion a moving part to stop it from banging. Any ideas?

I think they are bump stops off the sliding door - i found one in the back of my van and i've one rolling about on the floor outside my workshop

Ofcourse. I have these things in my van for nearly a year, no idea what they are. Couple hours after I make the post, I figure out that they are bump stops for the panel that closes the through load into the drivers compartment from the back.
