[Engine] Glow plug replacing

Have a 55 plate MPV with the 1.6 diesel engine, recently it has started smoking on startup, ok when warm. I have been told it is probably a glow plug, are they easy to change on this model and if so which type are recommended, thanks to all who read or reply
