Felt mat under hand brake

Hi everyone,

I had a 15 liter spillage underneath the floor in the mid section of the car.
I unscrewed it and dried that bit. But I couldn’t unscrew the felt mat underneath the handbrake 
And now it starts being smelly. Do you know anybody that sells this kind of parts?

Also is it possible for water to travel to underneath the boot?
