Remote key fob window function?

A long press on door open button on the key fob not only unlocks the doors amongst other things, it also OPENS all the electric windows. Useful to know on hot sunny days to let the extreme heat out before you get to the car.
If you wait more than 30 seconds to open a door the car will shut them and lock up automatically.

You can stop them opening fully by releasing the button early. 

Conversely to long press the door button folds the mirrors, locks the doors and shut the windows

Can this be programed. Tried diagbox  but need to connect online to a database. Any way around this?

That's the issue with weird programming presets our vans have been delivered with. Such as my now sold K9 Live (base model) had the corner light function whereas my fully loaded XTR does not.

That suggests (a long shot ) I could program that function. I wonder if a dealer could do it

I was looking in the Diagbox software and found the (venting option) it was turned off on my car,  i could not change it.  Seemes like i need to connect to the mother ship.
