Thinking about an XL / L2 Car - M59/B9?

I've been thinking about getting a Berlingo XL (car / MPV), did they make the M59 or B9 car in XL ?
I can't seem to find any for sale, so have no idea on what they cost or even if they actually exist. I'm sure I've seen M59 7 seaters for sale before but not sure if that's the same as an XL.

Next step up would be a Dispatch Combi, they are 7 seaters.

I have a 2011 Expert Tepee at the moment. It's certainly big enough, but not so cheap on road tax so I'm thinking about going to a 'large' Berlingo or Rifter, maybe even a Vauxhall Combo. I liked the M59s & the B9 that I had so wondered about getting a XL / large but have not seen any for a while and am not sure if they made a large B9.
