Anyone done this by routing power cable just to the left of the mirror mount left under the roof lining and down inside the left 'A' pillar trim to the fuse box?
Any tips on routing gently lifting/removal of the trim to conceal the cable would be great.
Thanks

If you only need powersupply maybe you can take it off the interior light.
Camera doesn't take lots of current.

Garmin needs 12v accessory switch, constant 12v, and earth.
BTW I read somewhere that airbags are in the roof, so would a cable run up there effect deployment? Any idea on this?

Hi
I routed the cable from the usb in glove box, up the nearside screen pillar and along the top of screen.
Easy to tuck cable away at top of screen.
The pillar trim panel just clips on, so not difficult to remove.
Once behind the dash it was easy to route into glovebox where my XTR has a usb socket.
