Anti pollution tank maximum level reached
#1
Hi
Had my stepson plug his laptop in to the Berlingo to try and I’dentify why I’m getting fault code P3008 which as far as I can tell is Air flow Restrictions.
This mess age came up when he tried to analyse using the Wurth Diagnostic software. I’m wondering how best to proceed. Would it be possible to regenerate the DPF using something like Lexis software. Or do I have to take to a garage to have it cleared and reset ?
Thanks for any replies.

From a quick search around, P3008 looks to be connected to the MAF or crankshaft sensor rather than DPF. I think you need to get someone with access to Citroen Diagbox to scan for faults.

Thanks for that
Their was another code relating to the DPF which appeared when the laptop was plugged in. I’m going to take a chance and try one of those spray cleaners off eBay, the one which comes with the plastic hose you plug in where the Pressure sensor goes. If that doesn’t work I guess I’ll have to have the sensors looked at.

With 220k miles, there's a fair chance that the DPF is a bit clogged. With the Diagbox software you can force a regen if the Wurth does not have that feature.
