Touchscreen update HELP
#61
Vixturb
This what result Google had for max drive sizes:
FAT12: 32 MB (256 MB for 64 KB clusters)
FAT16: 2 GB (4 GB for 64 KB clusters)
FAT32: 2 TB (16 TB for 4 KB sectors)

You should have no problem using FAT32 unless you have pre Windows XP computer

The issue is with max file size which is capped at 4GB for fat32.

Sorry boop I missed that - perhaps still early for me to be grappling with technology. I've tried changing FAT before using EaseUs. See https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.easeus....drive.html
I remember a somewhat lengthy process but once done worth it. Make backups of everything important.

YorkshireDales - If I open the Citroen Update app (on my laptop) it has saved my VIN. I select it and it searches for a latest update. What comes up is the same as your 5_093_20.0H022.3
I cannot be sure but I believe the number 93 as the third and fourth digits are the same 93 as the 93D reference.
If I go through the My Citroen app (on my phone) for updates it searches but finds no update.
Neither of those notify me in advance or independently that there is one. I have to go look for it (periodically).
Now a 2019 K9 1.2 petrol.
Before a 2010 B9 1.6 HDi diesel.

That’s what I suspected, when the next update comes out we should be able to confirm. Does anyone know how often updates are issued?

I have done two updates in exactly two years, so it's been a little more frequent than once a year so far.

I've recently read an article that Tomtom has released a map update, but whether Citroen has to configure the software is not known to me, so updates might take a while to filter down for customer delivery.

Does anyone know more info on this?

Good morning, everyone!
I have searched on B9 subforum how to update my touchscreen device, but the results I found bring me on this thread and one more similar - both for K9 models.
I have asked Citroen dealer garage to update my touchscreen system (see here
I was told that my system version is old and it could be updated, but it will cost me £150.00 and it will take around 2 hours for the update.
My question is:
- is there any other way to update my touchscreen system for a more affordable price?
I have read this thread and found all post rely on the K9 model.
Can you help me what to do with my B9 model touchscreen update, please?
Would the update fix my Android MIRROR LINK issue for Samsung?
Because the Mirror Link Android software was a freeware version, Samsung ceased using it since 2019, so the only option to connect my touchscreen with my phone is to use an iPhone.
Thanks in advance for your help!
