Citroen Berlingo 2012 no fuel pressure

Hi I’ve got a Berlingo 1.6 hdi 2012 66000 miles driving last week came upto a roundabout and lost power got it started again but 100 yards down road died again and would start again. 

Towed to my pals garage since then won’t start. 

Codes are p2291 no pressure in the fuel rail 

Changed pressure sensor on the rail still no start 

Cracked an injector no pressure no fuel 

Changed fuel filter Bosch type 

Snap on info states no injectors opening 

P1113 fuel circuit below threshold 

Am I guessing this but do I need a new high pressure pump ????

Did you resolve this and what was the issue, mine doing same after engine rebuild following big end cap break and jamming engine from rotating
