Fuse Box Connector Replacement
#1
Hello,

I'm really stuck on this one and I need some help...

Following fire damage I have sourced parts from the internet. One connector in the under bonnet fuse box was so badly damaged I cannot tell which wire goes where. I am hoping for either a photo of the grey connector with the cover removed (assuming someone has the same coloured wire scheme as my pic below) or the numbers on the wires that match up to the 28 possible connections on the grey terminal.
The part number is 9675878480
Van is Berlingo Enterprise HDi 1.6 2014
VIN: VF77B9HN0EJ730553

So here is my splicing for the connector that I could copy. The grey connector in the top right is the one I need help with.

This is the new grey connector that I am trying to wire up. The colours don't match hence the problem. The cover is removed so I was hoping for a picture like this with the colours that I have shown below.

And finally here are my wires that I am trying to match up. They have letters/ codes on the wires that I believe also identify their location but I cannot find this information anywhere. The connector has 28 labelled locations.

Thankyou for looking.
I hope someone can help.
Regards
Kevin

Could the numbers on the wires be used to match them up?

My belingo is an earlier model but I'll have a look.

I've just had a quick look at an example M59 wiring diagram, the wires seem to be labelled in a mix of colours or destinations. If you want to post or PM your VIN, I'll have a look on Sedre and see if I can pull up a diagram with the bonnet fuse box.
The best solution would be a picture as you've requested, so maybe someone will be able to post one in the mean time.

I've had a look. Unfortunately the numbers don't match up.  Sad

Just as follow up I have made a video showing how to remove the plug and lid. There is also a cable tie that needs to be snipped too!

Please see attached PDF. Unfortunately the diagrams are grouped by function as opposed to an overall diagram. The under bonnet box is PSF1 on the bottom left.

Thanks so much for this. I am understanding it and I have checked some of the wires and they match up :-).

A big ask I know, but is it possible to send something on the breaking system. The dash reports a breaking system error on position 1 when I turn the ignition key.
Specifically I need everything where 28V GR appears in PSF1.

Ta very much.

For some reason the B9 diagrams don't come out the same as other vehicles so you don't get all the info combined into in one print.
For the brakes, there are 2 files....

Thanks for the files.

Can you recommend a place where I can access these files myself. I don't mind paying a monthly subscription or a small fee.
