Newbie 2014 WA Berlingo Owner

Hi,
I'm taking on my parent's Wheelchair Adapted 2014 XTR Berlingo tomorrow.
It only has 7k on the clock!
Tyres replaced as they were all perished.
Only other issue I'm aware of is constant beeping of reversing sensor from one side.
Oh and a bit of trim missing from drivers door handle...
I've seen Lexia mentioned for diagnostics, so I'll look into that.
