Not quite sure where was best to post this as not quite a styling issue, but hardly a mechanical. But here we go anyway.
The button for adjusting the headrest on the passenger seat has been broken off. There's three perfectly good ones on the rear seats which I'm happy to use as a donor. Anyone removed them before? Tips on how to do it?

I've removed these before now but cannot swear which vehicle it was on, they pulled out from a tube internal to the seat frame. Tiny bit showing but lots hidden from view much like an iceberg. Didn't have any issue.

I seem to recall it was when swapping passenger seat to drivers side to get less wear / more comfort and I had to take the seat coverings off in order to remove / mess about with arm rests / air bags etc.
