If you can get the old plastic out to use as a template you could cut out a new one from suitable thickness perspex/acrylic sheet (2mm?) using a jigsaw with a very fine tooth set at low speed - if necessary clamped between 2 bits of thin plywood to prevent cracking.

Changed mine for one out of a diesel 206,
it was plug and play, and I prefer the white on black layout.
If it's the same engine, you should be in luck.
BUT as warned, your car will absorb a higher mileage from a fitted set of clocks,
even if you put your lower mileage originals back.
