[Warning Light] is it possible to ECU-disable the seatbelt warning?
#1
Now having found its not an MOT item, is it possible on the 03-09 Berlingo and Partner models to disable the seatbelt warning on via Lexia or whatever?
thanks...

IIRC you can disable the 'chime' warning, not sure about the light though.

Buy a dummy seat belt buckle. And plug that in.

Wear the seatbelt properly. It would normally go off then.
Now a 2019 K9 1.2 petrol.
Before a 2010 B9 1.6 HDi diesel.

THanks. And definitely on the 03-08, not the later model?

The issue is because of wiring faults elsewhere, so unplugging seat or plugging belt in useless. I still have to endure alarm for 3 minutes on each startup.

I'm fairly sure I did this using Lexia on my 2005 M59, not sure if it's possible on the B9.
