You could try to refer to their email for details. My parcel is Not delivered by USPS.

i asked the people i bought my wireless box from if it would work on my 2020 berlingo van at first they said no but then in a email explained to me if the vehicle had carplay built into the head then it would work so i bought one and it works spot on.

has anyone used or using a CPLAY2air wireless adapter CarPlay says its compatible with Citroen berlingo 2016-2021 on the web site just sent a email to carplay2 reply was yes it was but when i said it was a van they changed there mind and said no the car version is different to the van version.

I'm Android Auto rather than CarPlay but I don't understand the importance of wireless is this situation, perhaps you could persuade me different?

I don't mind plugging my phone in to give it a charge while I'm driving. 

What am I missing?

People doing lots of short trips may find frequent plugging/unplugging annoying and detrimental to the USB socket. Phone staying in your pocket/bag is extremely convenient.

I do plug in the phone for a long trip but not specifically for AA, just to charge.

What's wrong with connecting via Bluetooth and then music & handsfree calls are automatically handled by the stereo? Am I missing something here?

You don't need (or use) the USB cable for a phone. Unless to charge the phone.

for waze/google/apple maps etc my van is none sat nav

Ok I get ya. so my van had no sat nav, I used a suction holder for the windscreen and clicked the phone into that to use Google maps. If you can't use carplay etc it's a cheaper alternative.
