Hi
I'm thinking of buying a HDI 110 XTR, the tyres are listed as 215/55/16, can anyone tell me what the remaining letters are (H V W 94 97 etc)
I also tow an Eriba caravan, max gross weight 1300kilos, This is 91% of the cars weight, does anyone tow a similar weight caravan ? how does the car perform with it on the back ? hills ? stability ? anything else
Many thanks
Frank

The remaining numbers(load index) & letter(speed rating) for XTR are 93v this means each tyre can take a max load 650kg at max speed 149mph. I used to tow an Eriba Pan with mine about 850kg all up with no problem. I take it you have a Troll? Eribas are very stable tow due to aerodynamic shape. The Pan used to tow like it wern't there.
