Sat Nav and Postcodes

Hello. New here so hope I'm in the right place 

Have just bought a 2nd hand 2019 Berlingo Flair 1.2 petrol. Very pleased with it so far except...

The sat nav! How on earth do you put in the postcode?

Before you all shout "read the flipping manual" we didn't get the manual with the car, its obviously been mislaid somewhere along the way 

The dealer is a way away from us and we doing want to go all the way there fro a lesson if we're missing something simple.
