Your vin number has the engine code in it eg VF77J9HXCAJ00000. mine is a 9hxc

Going by your pic your in the right area for the egr.

my egr is in the front of the engine

I cant see any thing resembling an egr though???
Also, going by the codes shown with the diagbox.. am I correctly diagnosing it?

If your dpf was clogged, some other parts may be clogged or become dirty as well, such as EGR valve or EGR channels.

Can anyone tell me.. is my engine 9HP0C a euro 4 or 5? and what does this euro thing actually mean??

Just had my dpf done didn’t make a difference. Took to a ex Peugeot engineer he changed injectors and fuel filter runs great.
