If you jack up each front side in turn do you get the noise when turning the road wheel by hand , or in gear with the engine running on full lock?

Could be something as simple as the anti-roll bar link which attaches to the strut - they wear rapidly and are cheap to replace - I went thro' the same change of drive shaft and only when I changed the links did the noise go away. The hard turning could coincide with a small degree of body roll and the links coming into play. If you disconnect one and the ball joint movement is easy - it's worn out!

Perhaps you have noisy top strut bearings.

Yep, all of the above are possible. If you start with turning the wheels while off the ground, you should get a better idea if it's driveshaft related.

happens when at a stand still turnning hard left or hard right where i live there is a turnning point if you can call it that people all ways parking there so hence

the hard left or right when turning when you move left or right thats when you here it when moving slowly 100% drivers side wheel area

If the noise is there when turning the steering but stationary, it could be the top strut bearings as GEOFF suggested.
Its the road spring trying to move but the siezed/worn out top strut bearings not allowing the road spring to move freely, twisting it ,then its jumping free with a thump.

OR front sub frame mounting bolts slightly loose.

Whilst exploring all the above it would be worth taking a look at the strut springs as one of them may be broken, quick and easy check just needs a torch and an eyeball.

As above, if it happens when stationary, it's unlikely to be the driveshaft and more likely to be the strut top bearing or perhaps a spring.
