Seat swap B9

Hi I have a 59 plate Berlingo B9 multispace xtr, the drivers seat is starting to show wear. I was wondering has anyone fitted either the slightly more plush front and or rear seats from a similar age C4 Picasso or even xsara Picasso if so what’s involved in the swap. Thanks,  Stephen
