One of my lights was looking dim so i purchased 1.2w bulbs online to replace it. I went replaced the bulb earlier and now none of the bulbs light up and its very dim. You can see that there is still text here but not lit up.
I didn't disconnect the battery when doing this. Does anybody know what fuse the display is on as i cant tell from online guides etc.
Why dont you remove the bulb you replaced then see what happens . May be a dodgy bulb or you dislodged a connector or something?

Done that already and none of the lights are lighting up. I tried a BSI Reset last night and still nothing.
An old hand book for early berlingo says F22 for multifunction display , try that
A online manual says fuse 8 for screen?, fuse 11 for low current ignition switch ? and fuse 13 for instrument panel .
Nothing specific for multifunction display in that handbook for a berlingo B9 2010

Just had a look at Haynes and it says as the multifuction display is lit by built in leds, so it is not possible to change them .? Are we talking about the same thing?
What year/model is your motor ?

Stupid question - is there a dash light illumination control, like being able to turn the dash lights low at night when the headlights are on? And does that effect the display you are mentioning?
Now a 2019 K9 1.2 petrol.
Before a 2010 B9 1.6 HDi diesel.

I have tried it with the headlights on and headlights off and there doesn't appear to be any change.

Illumination control is item 6. Controls MFD and dash lights
From 2008 (?) onwards the display is LED lit so yours at 2005 will still be bulbs
