Week before last I fitted the new dpf https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/162849752485 ... nl%3Dmkcid then told the ecu that a new one had been fitted, and cleared all faults, however around 500 miles later - risk of clogging warning started to appear again, then around 600 miles engine management light on and no power, presumably - limp mode
Ran diagnostic and got the following errors
P2455 Measurement of the particle filter differential pressure - I believe I found the problems for P2455 as there was leak in dpf to turbo coupling (I hadnt seated it correctly when refitting it)
P1536 Measurement of break pedal position - Guessing here that this fault is connected to the wheel sensor fault?
P242F Particulate filter
P1490 Particulate filter
P11B2 Measurement of the EGR exchanger bypass positon - short circuit to positive
P14A4 EGR heat exchanger bypass - confirmed jammed shut (cold side)
U1213 Intersystems CAN
U1213 Intersystems CAN
Also:
C1330 Front right wheel speed sensor signal fault - this had recently been replaced however on inspection I found some sort of gunk wedged under sensor so hopefully this was the problem
I am guessing U1213 was a loose plug connection that sits at the top left side of the engine for the two pipes going to the dpf sensors?
As for the EGR and DPF faults Im stumped and would really appreciate some advice
I took the EGR off and it really doesnt look that bad.. just a bit of surface soot/carbon see pics
Any advice very much welcome
