Front Passenger Captive Nut Loose

Hi,

One the "Captive Nuts" appears to have come loose for the passenger seat. It looks like the nut is floating around in the chassis and I cannot tighten the bolt.

I would really appreciate any advice or experience with this issue. Can the nut be replaced or reinstalled?

Drill through and put a nut on the outside with a longer bolt or drill a bigger hole on the outside, put a nut on then fill the hole with a grommet
