Berlingo Electrical issues after dash removal

Hi,

I removed my dash to do a few things to the car. After reinstalling everything i have 9 codes.

p0351 Ignition coil a primary control circuit/open
p0352 Ignition coil b primary control circuit/open

p0420 catalyst system efficiency below threshold bank 1
p0201 cylinder 1 injector A circuit
p0203 cylinder 3 injector A circuit
p0204 cylinder 4 injector A circuit
p0202 cylinder 2 injector A circuit
U0028 vehicle communication bus A
P0444  EVAP system purge control valve A Circuit open

The car cranks but doesn't not start.

It is a 2005 model

Anyone have any idea what could be unplugged or damaged?

Could this be a grounding issue?

Could a bad bsi cause this? 

I checked the 3 grounds by the gear selector and the bsi appears to be all plugged in correctly. The indicator lights and the headlights do not work when moving or turning the stalk. The headlights turn on when i turn on the ignition even with them set to off.

I have tried a bsi reset 4 times and nothing changed each time.

I did wash the interior as the passenger floor was flooded and mouldy prior to me buying the car. I may have gotten the bsi a little wet.

What would be the procedure to correctly diagnose the bsi and what would be the cheapest option to replace/repair it?

Looks like you have water in the BSI. See if a spell in a warm place will help to dry it out.

There is/was a firm that repairs them " BBA reman"  If still existing you could try them if warmth doesn't work. There are a few posts about repairing them on here.

I just opened the bsi. Their is no evidence of any water inside it or any corrosion. I have doubts about it being a bsi issue.
Do anyone know the correct procedure to diagnose it or does everyone on here just needlessly replace parts until they find their problem?

I have found quite a few unconnected plugs. Im not sure if they are for extra accessories not fitted or just unplugged.

How did you get the DTCs in your first post?    Do you diagbox/lexia ?. Its the Citroen/Peugeot diagnostic system.  It will give you the DTCs on your motor.  More dependable than a general OBD11 reader.

If not search this forum for Diagbox, lots of posts.

You will find a lot of plugs in the wiring loom, they are there for different specifications  for your model which you may not have, as you say.

Are all your earths reconnected Are all the plugs reconnected as it looks as if there is a common fault with your injector circuit , ie not connected  to the ECM.
