Central Display

Hi All
When I bought my Peugeot Partner Tepee it did not have a central display unit fitted. I bought one from ebay and fitted it easily as there was the correct cable underneath. I am able to see error messages, door open messages etc plus the time and temperature. However I have a problem with the display of mpg, average speed etc. It appears to be frozen. My miles left in the tank plus current mpg displays but none of the averages? Is there a way to reset it? Holding down the end of the stalk control does not reset it but does allow me to scroll through the options. I have access to diagbox/Lexia if needed. 

Any suggestions?

If the stalk allows you to scroll through the readings I'm surprised that a long press will not reset. Maybe you could check that Diagbox shows the display (EML?) as type 2?

Perhaps not entirely related but I have the "source" options disappear from the display quite frequently leaving me with only the radio.
It restores itself within a few days but disconnecting then reconnecting the battery will sort it immediately.


Or there's the standard " do a  BSI reset "answer.
It apparently cures all problems known to mankind- including Putin..........
