Bluetooth Issue

Hi all,

Im having a issue with my 2015 Berlingo that I have recently purchased. And previous owner said he had the same issue.

So basically every time I connect my phone to bluetooth its fine. As soon as I turn engine off and on it forgets my phone and I have to manually reconnect again entering pin ect....

When the phones connected I can manually turn radio off and back on and it stays connected, so only seems to be a issue when power is disconnected to it. Ill add that when I turn engine back on it keeps all stored radio stations

Anyone came across this before?

I've had constant problems with my Bluetooth connection and my phone also.
Problems connecting, staying connected and pairing.
To the point I've thought about changing the stereo.

Mine has always reconnected reliably on current 2016 XTR B9 and former 2010 B9 Berlingo XTR (Samsung A3/Google Pixel 4a) so I wouldn't think its a general B9 issue, more likely related to your specific phone or settings or a specific problem with your own Berlingo radio. Worth having a look at any/all other Bluetooth devices your phone is set to connect to. I certainly wouldn't go for changing the unit at this point unless you want all the rest of the features that are missing .. Android Auto etc. etc.

no problem with my original radio unit, and it's from china because the one in my car did not had bt and usb.. boght from some china seller that sayd it's genuine and it has about 12 months working without any issues..
