I am having trouble turning off my radio, the only way I am finding is to touch the screen to lower the volume.I have looked in the hand book but can't find anything that mentions it.

This also works with the steering column volume buttons.
Next, I think you can hold the menu button on the touch screen top, till a menu pops up to switch it off. Could be wrong, but try it and report back.

Do you not have an on/off switch on the volume control knob at lower left of the touchscreen - press the knob and it switches off the radio

@
Desdinova - maybe there is a knob on the K9 touch screen...but not on a B9 one. Not sure what the OP has, I assumed it was a B9 of course.
@
David Barton Hall - what year and model of vehicle do you have?

Ah, yes the K9 has two large knobs one to bottom left which can manually control volume and switch off sound with a push button in centre, and one to lower right which can (I think - as I never use it) manually tune and move through menus

Yeah I think you press and hold the menu button on the top left, till a banner pops up to shut off the radio and or display. You can also hit the moon symbol and it shuts the screen off at night.
My current van doesn't have that unit but my last work van did 3 years ago so I'm working from rusty memory lol.
