Oil change using vacuum pump

Hi ya 

I will need to carry out a oil and filter change on a b9 2012 1.6 diesel over the Christmas period ( I don’t have access to the vehicle until then ).

Due to the fact that I will need to do this outside whatever the weather is like I was thinking of using a vacuum pump rather than having to mess about under the vehicle.

Any thoughts regarding using a vacuum pump? 
Any suggestions regarding a reasonable cheap one? It will only be used a few times each year so it does not have to be high end or particularly robust.

I've only used a Pela 6000, not cheap, but very good.

I bought one off Ebay for around £20 and it works perfectly well having used it several times without any issues.

I've got an Aldi or lidel one and as long as the oil is hot it does a great job

I have a cheap electric suction pump from Lidl and it works fine.
