[Engine] Cold weather weak acceleration

Hello, fellow Berlingoers. 
I'm having a problem with my 2.0hdi
The car stood for a while and now some problems are waking up. As soon as temperature dropped below zero  my bingo started to accelerate weak. Cold starts are nearly impossible. When the car starts to run there is practically no response to throttle. Not all of the cylinders are working. With time, when it heats up a little acceleration shows, but no more than 2.5k rpm's.
Its smoking with white smoke and you can feel unburnt fuel. 
Few days ago when the car heated up it woke up and everything was fine. Not now though, heats up  bad revving and white smoke.
Bosh diagnostics showing a lot bigger fuel correction on cyl 4 (cyl1 70% cyl2 73% cyl 3 68% and cyl4 120%)

First thing is to use plenty of fuel additive ( injector cleaner ) and see what happens.

I assume all servicing etc is good of course !

Soo, additives didnt help. Changed injector, didnt help either. And now there is litteraly no response on acceleration. Smoking bad.. turbo, egr? Any more ideas?

Is therrle any possibility that our beloved French guys counts cylinders not from belt but another way around. And i just have changed the wrong injector?

Yes I think they count from the g/box end to belt end.
(No1 at the flywheel)
