Random bleeps
#1
Sorry if this has been asked before - I'm new on here.
My 06 plate car occasionally has a random triple bleep warning sound with no indication of what's triggering it.
Its the same triple bleep if you open a door with the engine running, but in this case the central display doesn't bat an eyelid.
Tried the main dealer, but they've no idea.

Anyone else had this?

Is the berl moving what is makes the noise, or should I say what is the car doing when the noise goes off?

Sorry rookie error.
Happens when driving along. Some days I get a burst of it two or three times in a row. Some days it doesn't happen at all. Of course it happens more when the wife & kids are in the car. Plenty of "Dad, why can't you get your car to shut up?"
Tried making sure each door is properly shut

Is the air bag light on?

It also does the triple bleep when the fuel gauge reaches the last 10 litres or so. Is it coinciding with low fuel??

I first thought it might have been your seatbelt warning. Will have a think. If it is never solved might be worth someone looking at all the possible warning alerts settings in Lexia, as they can be turned on and off from there and assuming it is a standard alert, it should be listed.

Fuel light, keys in with door open, lights left on, handbrake on when moving...

No its a slightly different note to the "keys left in" but yes its the same tone as low fuel, even with a full tank.
Will try the handbrake to see if its the same.
