I seam to be replacing the lower control arm / wish bone every year. Last year I stuck on Fag ones, Bosch and some eBay one that did not last a year.
Had a look at search on here but not got the answer I am looking for. Can any one recommend a replacement that lasts or is it time to change to polly bushes?

I own an earlier Berlingo, but guess that the set-up is much the same. One thought is whether you are fully tightening the inboard fittings with the van up on stands - if so, when lowered, the bushes are then twisted when the wheels are in the normal running position.
On deflection over a bump they really do then get twisted a lot.
My understanding is that the inner fittings are just nipped up when fitting the wishbone and the van then lowered to the ground, followed by full tightening when the wheels are fully loaded & vehicle is at normal ride height.
