Berlingo Dash/Stereo
#1
Hi, new to the forum hopefully this post won’t be classed as a fault if I’ve posted incorrectly I’ll apologise now.

Just had quick question about the berlingo head unit and the storage bit underneath it.

I’m wondering if it possible to swap them around? I’d like the storage bit on the top and the head unit just about the heater controls etc….

My reason is I’ve been bought a dab adapter and I dnt really want to attach it to the dash and drill the dash so I can swap the storage bit around I’d attach it to that as it can be removed and I think it’s better to drill something I can change if needed in the future than leave holes in the dash

Hopefully this makes sense
Thanks
Dan

Welcome.

It might depend on what year / model Berlingo you have but my guess is the answer will be no as the radio head unit is held in place partly from behind by a steel bracket.
Generally, the radios are easy enough to get out and take a look.

Answering my own question incase anyone else has the same idea, but had a little play this evening and yes it can be done, need to disconnect the cables and swap them round as there’s a plastic bar between the unit and storage bit. Little bit fiddling sorting the cable but eventually fitted in nice ?

Glad you got it done.

What year / model Berlingo do you have?
